Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you experience an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Custom-made and personalized arrangements are non-refundable.
